For a long time I had been searching for whose Chicken Rice I wanted to feature, and this was it. Chicken Rice is a sensitive subject in Singapore and everyone has an opinion on their favorite, so I needed to choose somewhere everyone could say “yeah, I can see that.” I loved the neon signs and lounge-y feel to the location. Fantastic chicken and they serve the rice in a little pyramid shape; it was all great.
