Choice Cuts is an amazing coffeeshop downstairs from my studio and I love the place. Amazing coffee, people, and music, it has the character we enjoy in an independent coffeeshop. I took my reference images on the day before lockdown, which is evident from the masks and social distancing markers taped to the floor.

This palette is called ‘Evening Chill’ because the muted colors in a variety of roast blends is at the end of the day when you sit down with an Americano before figuring out what the night has in store.
